Create Flash animated bitmap effect

Flash Fluid Effect is a tool to create cool flash animated bitmap effect such as melt, vaporize, warp, blur, etc. There is no need to know any scripting language. Simply select an effect from a library and customize it by adjusting effect parameters such as effect size, speed, noise, etc. Use a transparent background to easily overlay the published SWF on top of another SWF.
